Fireworks
Any person who sells fireworks at wholesale must by licensed by the Insurance Commissioner. To obtain a license, complete the application and submit the $250 fee. The annual license expires on December 31, regardless of issue date. Only a licensed wholesaler or retailer may import fireworks in the state.

Cigarette manufacturers seeking to sell products in North Dakota are required to be certified by the State Fire Marshal's office. Manufacturers can submit reports here.
